What it does
Ask Claude to prepare a proposal or to answer questions about your meetings. Claude reads your templates and catalogs and saves a draft to your account. You review the draft in the panel and send it yourself. Claude can also read meeting summaries and transcripts.
The products work together. For example, you can ask for a draft proposal based on the decisions in your last meeting.
In Claude apps that support MCP Apps, a proposal also appears in the chat as a document card. You can select a package or add an image from that card.
Included products
WProposal: proposals, templates, and service and maintenance catalogs.
WMeets: meeting recordings, summaries and transcripts. Read-only.
Claude only sees the tools of the products you can access in your account. When new products are added, their tools appear in the same connection with no new setup.
What you need
A WApps Work account with access to WProposal or WMeets, and a Claude plan that supports connectors.
Setup
1. In Claude, open Settings > Connectors.
2. Find WApps Work in the directory and connect. If it is not listed for you, add https://mcp.wapps.work/mcp as a custom connector.
3. Sign in with your WApps Work account.
4. If you belong to several accounts, choose one and approve the permissions.
Permissions
mcp:read reads data in the products you can access.
mcp:write creates and updates draft proposals, templates and catalog entries.
Permission is granted once, not per product. Claude can only reach the account you approved, and it cannot do anything your role in that account does not allow. Claude cannot see a meeting that is hidden from you in the panel.
What Claude can do
Read proposals: list_proposals, get_proposal, list_templates, get_template, list_service_catalog, list_maintenance_catalog.
Draft proposals: create_proposal, create_proposal_from_template, update_proposal, select_proposal_package, add_proposal_image.
Templates: save_proposal_as_template, create_template, update_template.
Catalogs: add_service_catalog_entry, update_service_catalog_entry, add_maintenance_catalog_entry, update_maintenance_catalog_entry.
Meetings: list_meetings, get_meeting, get_transcript, search_transcripts.
By default, Claude asks for your confirmation before running a tool that changes data.
What Claude cannot do
Claude cannot send a proposal or delete any record. It cannot change a proposal that has been sent, accepted or rejected; those are edited in the panel. It cannot change meeting records. It does not take payments or message your customers.

How your data is handled
Proposal, recipient, pricing and meeting details that Claude reads are returned to Claude as tool results. They are then subject to the terms of your Claude account.
For each tool call, WApps Work logs the member, the tool name, record IDs and the outcome. Proposal content, recipients, prices, search text, transcripts and images are not written to this log. We do not read your conversations.

How to disconnect
Remove WApps Work under Settings > Connectors in Claude. Access tokens expire within one hour and refresh tokens within 30 days. To have access revoked on our side right away, email [email protected].
Troubleshooting
You are asked to sign in again: The refresh token has expired. Approve the connection again.
A product's tools are missing: You may not have access to that product, or access was only just granted. Ask your account administrator; new access appears within an hour.
An error says Claude can only change draft proposals: The proposal has already been sent. Make the change in the WProposal panel.
Permission error: Your role in the account does not allow this action.
An image added to the chat does not reach the proposal: Images are added only through the file picker on the proposal card.
